Delete in the app
Open Paytrale, go to Account → Business Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm. Only the workspace owner can delete the workspace.

Delete your Paytrale account and data
Workspace owners can request permanent deletion in the Paytrale app or by email if they cannot access the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the account email address. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
Deletion removes the Paytrale account and operational workspace data. Records that must be kept for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes, processor records, and disaster-recovery backups on normal rotation may remain for the periods described in our privacy policy.
